Intersic is in line with the "Europe 2020" Strategy aiming to strengthen Europe's capacity for sustainable growth and competitiveness.

Intersic's projects and activities utilize the dynamics of sectors such as the green economy, information and communication technologies, social cohesion and social development, Sustainable Development, competitiveness, youth entrepreneurship, European citizenship, etc.

We are also implementing projects (at local, regional and National level) aiming to achieve a structured path for the entry of unemployed in the labor market, helping young people to start their own business. INTERSIC apart from its own initiatives is seeking for collaboration opportunities and conjunctions aligned with the EU strategic framework of fighting the rising levels of unemployment – particularly among young people.

Our Consultancy department o provides support to learners facing specific challenges, like ‘coaching’, ‘mentoring’, counseling, career guidance, career development, personal action planning through its Supporting Guidance System to increase the employability of the learners, facilitating the learning process for people who they are in job market or they are unemployed.
